Eligibility for Returns

Label Printers:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Label Rolls:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if they are unused.
- Rolls must remain in their original packaging and show no signs of tampering or use.
Conditions for Refunds
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing components (unless due to our error) will not be eligible for a full refund.
- We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if the product is not returned in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
We strive to make the return process as easy as possible. Follow these steps to return an item:

Initiate Your Return:
- Log in to your account on our website and navigate to Your Orders.
- Select the item you wish to return and choose the option Return or Replace Items.
- Provide a reason for the return and submit your request.

Receive a Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is processed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number along with detailed return instructions.

Prepare Your Item for Return:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Ensure the package includes the Return Authorization Number for faster processing.

Ship the Item Back:
- If applicable, use the provided return shipping label or send the item to the address specified in the return instructions.

Track Your Return:
- Keep a copy of the return tracking number for your records.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If applicable, shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Products showing signs of use or tampering are not eligible for a refund.
